I have 2 firemouths and i was feeding them freeze-dried bloodworm and they loved it! I thought as i was running out i could change it and give them something different so i brought freeze-dried Chiclid diet but as soon as i put it in they went up to it and just ignored it! Do i just give them the blood-worm again? :(

why not just not feed them for a few days and feed them the new food they are more likely to eat it as they would be hungry.

:good:

Both ideas above sound good!

A diet of blood worms only is not a good idea. Always keep a variety of foods for fish.

oh yeah, do you leave the freeze dried food in some tank water before it goes in the tank? fish seem to prefer it like that.

also do you feed pellets? flakes? anything else except what your feeding now?

:good:

Thanks guys that gave me so ideas! I've run out of the bloodworm i'm going to get some more! I've stopped feeding them the new food because they just won't eat it! For now i'm just feeding them some pellets! I normally just feed them the bloodworm because they just won't eat anything else! :/
