Fish Transport Bags

Dear Anyone:

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase the clear bags that you bring your fish home in as any pet stores around here say no you have to be a dealer to get fish bags. I find them very handy and have 2 reuse the few that I have,(yes, bad idea). I don't care for ziplock for fish. Tnanks.

Reusing bags shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure they are completely dry for a while, then rinse them out with hot water prior to using them. Other than that you can use plastic containers. Also if you ask at some of the chain stores for bags they should give them to you.

You have to be a what to get what? Find another shop, if they are lying about that, there is no telling what other misinformation you are getting.

I've seen them for sale on eBay if all else fails. I'd rather get them from a propper shop, that way you can see and 'feel' the quality, on eBay the bags could be low grade junk.

My LFS sold me some for 5p each when I moved house. It seems weird they won't sell you any.

my lfs gives them away if you need them he said its for then safety of the fish there must be some tight fisted lfs out there
