Cherry barbs are a common suggestion, probably easier if your water is soft.

Or if your water is hard you could go for shelldwelling cichlids, such as neolamprologus multifasciatus. A little more expensive to buy- but then you might be able to sell them for more too.

The smaller rainbows, pseudomugils. are a possibility; I seem to see a lot of pseudomugil furcatus (forktail blue-eye) round my way. An attractive fish that you could easily sell.

Corydoras are a nice option and should prove sellable. And they are great fun to watch while spawning.

Or you could try a more unusual kind of livebearer- maybe buying through one of the livebearer associations (in the UK the British Livebearer Association has a trade page).

i have never bred corys but i guess i could give it a try are they hard to breed

unfortuantly i live in australia and you dont get very many rare livebearers

Rams if you have soft water, not otherwise.

Kribs- if you are sure you can sell them. In some places you may get a surfeit of kribs, being fairly easy to breed.

Corydoras should always sell and most species are not that difficult to breed. Lots of hints in the catfish forum, but basically 2 males per female is a good ratio, you feed them up on bloodworm or similar (mine get randy on jellied TetraDelica foods) and maybe do a water change with cooler water to signal that the rainy season is setting in.

You could try breeding danio's, the adults will need to be removed from the tank though after they've spawned so they don't eat their fry when they hatch out.

Many fish can be bred in a 15 gallon tank as long as the water is in good condition. But you have to be able to rear the fry in anohter tank. In other words you need to have extra tank space to care for the fry. And some parents eat there own fry and eggs so you might want to seperate the parents later depending what you choose. :D Good luck.

i know a lad who had a small plastic tank and a few danios in with very little subtrate and they bread and he must have had atleas 100 babies. he done the same with minnows. i dont know how he done it

Bristlenose plecs, Neons (and similar sized tetras), various danio species (the "hot" in demand Celestial Pearl would do well). There are plenty you can breed in 15g, the problem comes in the grow out tank for offspring. :)
