Fish Swimming Sideways

Hi I have a festivum who has been on its side at the top of the tank for almost a week now, I already made a forum but nobody has given any advice yet.

Does anybody know what this is and if there is anything at all I can do to help him, besides isolating because I dont have a tank.

I do have a five gallon at my parents which I could get if that will save him...

Please ay advice would be great

Could you tell us the water stats and tank size?

Need alot more info i'm afraid.
Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
When fish lay to there sides in can be constipation, bacterial to parasite.
What do you feed your fish.
Does the fish look bloated.
