Fish Swimming In Circles/up Down/ Disoriented

Hi Guys,

I purchased a Rainbow a few weeks back, all was going fine but then thismorning I woke up to see the poor guy swimming about in circles in a panic and all disorientated.

I've read up that this is most commonly an air bladder problem, and that you can get treatments for it.

The problem is, is that it's a bank holiday, meaning today everything is closed, aswell as monday.. so I can't get anything till tuesday at the earliest and even then that'll be lunch time as I have to go to work.

I'm just about to do a water change... but apart from that, what can I do? Is there any chance for the little guy?

Well.. no one replied.

I've put the fish in a seperate area of the tank in a clear bag with some peas crushed up a little, hopefully will be ok.. also did a 50% water change.

How many gallons is the tank.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrate, and ph.
What do you feed the fish.

Is the fish bloated.
Are scaels sticking out.
Can the fish maintain its balance in the water.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
