Fish Suggestions?

I want new fish, i've decided on 10 cardinal tetras and im flipping between (2 pakistani loaches or 5 Striped Kuhli Loach). Which one of the 2 should i get??
Also i need some more suggestions. Im looking for any beautiful fish preferably something a little bigger as all the fish ive chosen are small. One or 2 bigger fishes would be a good touch. My tank is 4 foot! I had 2 rainbows in there.
Is there any chance that my rainbow will attack new fish???

when you say rainbow, what exactly do you mean - boseman's rainbow? Rainbow cichlid?

i was told theyre (1 is parkenson's rainbow and the other one's red rainbow). Im not 100% sure as they never gained any colour! Thyere almost pure silver as i bought them and theyre more than 3 years old.

JoyBoy, I would suggest to get at least 3 of any kind of Loachs. They like to be in groups of 3 absolute minimum, but 5 or more would be best. That is just for fish health, some extensive research i have been doing on stress has stated that it can really help a fish live longer and happier

Btw Kuhli Loachs are AWESOME!!! I'd go with them.

Other then that I would say get more Cardinals HAHAHA! I have neons which aren't as colorful but they look beautiful in large groups!

The only problem I foresee with keeping the Boeseman Rainbowfish in that tank is they could eat the cardinals. This will be your problem with ANY fish that size. I would recommend maybe a Gourami, Kribensis, Ram or something like that.

Once you have arrived on this forum, you will buy Kuhli Loaches.

Will the rainbows eat the cardinals Their mouth is pretty tiny lol
