Hi Everyone

When my tank is cycled and I get my current fish into the new tank I would like to know other fish that you feel would be happy with the current ones

I would like colourful fish and indeed different sizes (obviously not too big)

I get totally overwhelmed when I go the LFS as the knowledge of those running them is VERY poor and i feel that they give you certain'advice' just to get rid of stock. (I have found one a good few miles away that is in the TOP 40 of stores so that may help)

The tank is a 125l

When everyone is transferred it will have

6 zebras
5 penguin
1 pleco (small and alwys has been - 2 years although I take on board what everyone says about them potentially getting big)

4 Black Widow tetras

2 Small red ones which unfortunately I don't know what it is

So its colourful/peaceful happy type fish I am after - maybe a bit out of the norm too.

Also other bottom feeders would be good that get on with the pleco as I am not sure the little beasty will keep up with the new tank

Thanks

you really should know what the red ones are.

bottom feeders could include cories

you could have 5 or 6 of the same kind, more if you opt for dwarf species

You could also get smaller loahces like khuli or yoyo loaches, 4 or 5.

I think your tank will be pretty much full when you add these.

Plecos get huge. When I first got mine it was a little less than an inch big, now its about 3.5 inches. It has only been about 5 months.
