i m having a tank with following spec.

size: 3 x 1.25 x 1.25 feet
temp: 25- 27 deg C
ph: 6.5 - 7.3
lighting: 6500k 40w
type: planted, fresh water

at present i m having 3 pairs of tiger barb ( size 0.25 inches ). i want to add some more variety of fishes.
my question is:

which other fishes should i get?? and how many numbers ??

i would go with a couple of cories, more than 6. maybe 6 or 8 angels

Be aware thatTiger barbs may nip fins of other inhabitants.
Other than that try to fill all the water layers (top, middle and bottom)
Do a little research on fish compatiblilty, You should be aiming for a peaceful/tranquil aquaria with out too much human intervention
So I would choose
6-8 marble hatchets
8 - Black phantom tetras (instead of the barbs)
20 - cardinal tetras
6 - Corydoras species
When the tank matures and some algae is present
4 Ottocinclus
4 Amano Shrimp
