Fish Not Well !

I have a green severum who has white fungus looking spots on him, he was getting bullied abit by my other green and gold sevs, could this be an infection, he had a few marks on him from the others pecking him, could they have got infected, any avdice would be greatfull. It almost looks like cotton wool, and its spreding with little white spots on his fins

Could be white spot disease or a fungal infection of some sort. You might wanna isolate it for a while for treatment and its safety as well as avoid infecting other tank inhabitants. Any pictures?
