Thinking of getting another tank. 100 litre. What do you think of the list.

3 Swordtails (2 females 1 male)
8 cory cats (2 of each type)
2 dwarf gouramai
8 rummy nose tetras
2 blue rams
3 otos

Thanks

8 cory cats - 2 of each type. Not a great idea. They may all school together, but then again they probably wont. take a peek in the cory forum and you will see alot don't actually school together. My bronze and peppered are never together. I think you would be better of getting 2 larger groups of 2. They really do prefer to be with there own species.
im not quite sure what 100L converts to in G, so Im not sure about the rest of the stocking, but wanted to give MO on the cories.

That should work out to about 25 gallons, I think.
I agree that you should consider getting more of fewer types of cories. The albino and bronze are the same kind (just different color morphs) so they'll school together, but most of the others won't. I'd get 2 albino, 2 bronze and 4 of another kind. Something along those lines... you'll still have different ones, but they'll all be MUCH happier.
As for the rest of the stock...
the swords should be fine, the rams too, though you may want to cut the number of cories back just a bit, maybe to 6 bc the rams will get a bit cranky when they breed. The more room they have down there the better. The rummy-noses should work, but the 2 dwarf gouramis are what I'm not sure about. If you get 2 females you'd be ok I think, but 2 males would probably fight a bit. The tank may be large enough for them both to have a territory, but you should wait on someone else to verify that. You could always get 1 male and 2 females, that way 1 female wouldn't be overstressed. If you did that though I'd ditch the swordtails.
Hope this helps a little!

what is the sex difference?

Do you mean to ask how to tell the difference between the sexes of the dwarf gouramis? If so, the female is much duller than the males. If you are talking about the blue rams, it's pretty much the same thing. The ram female is a bit smaller and less colorful.
Hope this helps!

I would go for either swordtails or dwarf gouramis, not the two. The reason being that swordtails are hectic active swimmers, which might stress the gouramis out. And they're in more or less the same part of the tank. The stock list is a bit on the heavy side anyway, so won't hurt to adjust it slightly downward.

I think I'd be inclined to partly let the water stats decide the stocklist: if the water is soft and acid, then swordtails won't be happy anyway. If it is very hard and alkaline, then I would probably think about getting Bolivian rams instead of blue rams and glowlights instead of rummynoses. Or if you want the rummynose effect, there is a fish called Asian rummynose (sawbwa resplendens) that actually likes hard water.

If the water is neutral- you can always toss a coin about the swords and gouramis!
