Fish Looks Sad!

Hey guys, Ive recently added some guppys and platys to a tank, and within the first week 2 of the guppys died, (they were bought from the same tank, the other guppys from different tank) so im presuming they had an illness?

One of my remaining guppys seems just to float at the top with minimal movement, The water test levels are showing up fine.

Any ideas why?

Where did you buy your fish? They sound like they were sick at the store you got them at, if the water parameters are okay.

Ive been looking for a good store in my area i found one today very helpful, fish looked well cared for so thats going to be my new LFS The place i got the unwell fish from was a place in Gillingham. Kent. called wyvale. Not the best place im thinking.

Any of the guppus looking thin or bloated.
What does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet.
Check the anus of the fish to see if its look enlarged or red and inflamed.

Do the fish look pale or darker in colour, being listless and lethagic, not eating.
