Fish Looking Yellow

My birchardi cichlid seems to have a yellow tint and be yellow around the gills but hes acting completely normal. Could this be something i just havent noticed before? Or does this sound like a disease of some sort?

And if it is something wrong with him do i nees to remove him so my other cichlids dont get sick?

I think they do get a bit of yellow on them?! Have you tried googling the species?
