Fish Jumped

one my my convicts jumped out of my tank or my sister helped him when i was at school. when i found him he was almost dead and hes colour was really dark i dont know how long he was out of the tank for,i just put him back in and hes not doing good hes on the bottem of the tank and on his side. my tank has no problems all the water chem is good. is there anything i can do plz help!

Not good how much of his slime coat had dryed up, plus they can damage there swim bladder if they hit the floor hard.
Do you have any stress coat.

i dont think so..when i picked him up i put him in the tank as soon as i saw him and put him in, when i felt him he felt really dry. and he looks really stressed. he fell about 2 feet..i turned on my extra air pumped with that help any?
no i dont have any stress coat. only meds i have are for ich.

To be honest it touch and go his slime coat dryed out.
Add some water conditioner to the tank.

hes swimming around but is really shy now. and hes back fin looks darker then usually but overall hes doing good now
