Fish Identity Please

Sorry there is no pic yet. I got 2 'dither' fish for my shelldwellers aquarium. They are 2cms, look like lampeyes with the blue eyes and grey body but have yellow tips to their fins. They also have small fins which stick out at the sides like areoplane wings. They are very active. Does anyone recognise this fish?

If that's the case, you should get 3 more at least, as with all rainbows, they like being in shoals

Now I have 8, 4 of them very small. They make perfect dither fish as they are moving all the time and keep to the upper third of the tank. They are also pretty; their blue eyes and yellow-tipped fins are marvellous.
