Fish Identification Please

Can someone please identify and give me the name of this type of fish, and give me some advice on how this fish would behave and a community tropical tank.

First thoughts were scissortail rasbora, then elegant rasbora, but the markings aren't right for either. Hmmm! if you don't try any replies here you could try the cyprinids and characins section because that seems the most likely to me.

Thanks guys I have checked the pictures on the internet and seems very much like an Elegant Rasbora, although the markings are slightly different.
