How long have you had the Molly's for? What are your water parameters?
Does not look like ich, more like Lymphocytis a common viral infection that affects both freshwater and marine fish.

Had them about a year. Tank is 240 litres. No others showing anything that I can see as of yet.

Nitrite = 0.1-0.3
Nitrate = 5-10
PH = 8
Amonia = 0

Do a water change, add some salt. If it is then the virus normally clears up within 3-4 weeks,
Here's a link http://www.aquarticles.com/articles/management/Lawler_Lymphocystis.html
I'm pretty sure it could be this if there are no other symptoms, when the spots disappear the skin heals up. There aren't any medicines that you can buy, with this disease you just have to let it run it's course, the infected fish may become a little slow, the only thing you can really do is keep him stress free.

I don't like the look of the fish with the lumps.
I would go in with a double dose of anti internal bacteria medication by interpet.

If its a virus the bacterial medication wont help.  If one of the lesions bursts put some bacterial medication in to prevent infection.  Keep the water clean with weekly changes. :)

As long as the lumps don't look like a cauliflower, or cluster of eggs.
Lymthocystits come in the colour of yellow, white, red, brown.

Looking at the pics it does not look like lymphocystis. Lymphocystis usually attacks the fins, gills or mouth first and has a cauliflower like appearance of white or yellow and can be red around the base (I have experienced it). Those lumps look more like a parasite which has caused a bacterial infection, or (which is very rare in tropical freshwater) a gas bubble - which can be caused by too much oxygen in the water.

I second Wilder with using an antibacterial medication see what happens with the lumps, if anything appears (white worm like with a forked tail, redness around the lump) treat with an anti parasitic med.

Thanks for the advice guys,I have treated the tank with salt at the moment, I have a new isolation tank and some anti internal bacteria medication arriving tomorrow. I will take the infected fish out and treat them separately as well as treating my main tank.So far I can'tsee any others infected and I am keeping a sharp eye on it.

That's sounds fine to me.
Good Luck.
If you don't mind can you let us all know the outcome.

It would be good to know the outcome, good luck

Ok, fish have been Isolated and treated for a full 4 days now, the lumps have not gotten any worse but not any better yet either. No other fish in the main tank have shown any symptoms thankfully I'm hoping whatever it is was caught in time.

Did you double dose the anti internal bacteria by interpet?

Thank you for the update.
