Fish have a swollen Butt

One of my fish seems to have a swollen Butt, It looks like it's poop at first, but If you look at it really close, it looks like a skin or something that is swollen and hanging. I just feed them and he ate and he is acting really normal right now. My water parameters are good no ammonia or nitrite and very little nitrate...Do you guys have any clue what this is???

A red inflamed bum can be internal parasites, what does it look like when the fish goes to the toilet, can you see any worm prutruding from the anus.

It's getting better now, it's back to it's normal color and no longer red...plus it kinda shrink and it's not even noticeable anymore...I added some epsom salt last night and I guess that help a bit....I hope this is nothing serious....
