Thanks.

Looks like a hybrid between a Ice blue zebra cichlid and a damesonia(spelling?)

He/she is wild caught btw... does hybridization occur in the wild ? I didn't think it did ???

my fish looks JUST like that.
but he was yellow when i got him. and is apparently P. Sauloisi.
but this pictors look JUST like him. and the Saulosi ones dont.
is it possible hes a hybrid? so he starts of yellow but ends up looking more elongatus than sauloisi ?

No idea just off of your description, any chance of posting a pic?

i tried to take pics earlier i couldnt hes too fast. very aggressive lil ******* too

Out of curiosity, what species was it sold to you as?

The guy i got it off told me it is a female Black Dorsel Zebra. She was part of a wild caught pair... Her, and the male you see in the first and third pic.

Im 99% sure he said 'Black Dorsel Zebra'. The guy was irish and spoke really fast lol. He's also (apparently, though does seem it) well experienced and highly reccomended by alot of people were im from.

Oh My God, Where did you get that fish its beautiful, If you find out what it is please tell me :p

I was looking through on of the pics of Cichlids at the top of the page and just looked at someone Aulonocara hansbaenschi "red shoulder peacock"
and it kinda reminded me of your fish, Worth a guess.
