Fish For Beginners

i have 2 tropical tanks at the moment but i am thinking of setting up a marine tank.
i was thinking of getting an aquarium of up to 300 litres
i was wondering what types of fish are best for someone in my situation

fish you could have are chromis,clowns,coral beauty angel,basslets,tang,(butterflys be carefull if it is going to be a reef tank),gobys,blennys,firefish/dartfish,Bangai cardinal,niger trigger,hawkfish,damsels,anthias

to the salty side, tell us your plans are you thinking of a fowlr, fo or a full reef?

i was thinking of going for a full reef tank
and i was hoping for atleast 2 clown fish if they are suitable

Sure can have clownfish in that tank. You could also consider some smaller tangs, wrasses, gobies, and more. If I may suggest browsing through a large online retailer like liveaquaria.com to see what's out there and what might catch your eye

i just bought a lavender tang of them they are mental fish great with the achilles also
