Fish Eggs Laid During Heat Treatment

In my 1 week old aquairum i saw signs of Ich. I decided to use the heat treatment to kill it off. My temperature is around 31 celcius and i came to notice that one of my fish had laid eggs . My question is will the high temperautre kill the eggs? i only have 4 fish 2 head and tail lights and 2 leaopard danios.

Probably not. Just be very watchful with your water stats, as high temp increases your fishes metabolism = more pollution. But Im not 100% that heat alone will kill ich, it only speeds up the cycle unless im wrong.
