Fish Eating Plants

Ive just started to plant my tank and the fish have taken a liking to some of the plants anybody got any ideas how to stop this or is it just 'a new toy in the tank thing ' for the fish ps its seems to be mainly the clown loaches that are the problem

Clowns will eat some of the tastier plants and anything thats started to die.You might be better of using plants they wont eat (java fern/moss, anubias etc).

I was going to get some java fern and a few others on the weekend so i will have a look at the other, i have slowed the clowns down from eating the plants by putting cucumber in at the min taken thier minds off the plants for a while
 
If you give them some plant matter they can eat they will leave the plants alone. My Kribs used to strip the plants bare then i started putting in lettuce and courgette and the plants have been fine.
