Fish Eating My Plant! Annoying!

Hi, I've recently started to introduce plants into my community setup and I really want to have Vallisneria Spiralis in there. The problem is my Kribensis seem to see it as a gourmet dish Is there a way I can prevent them from destroying it!? Thanks...

Hm my kribs never damaged my plants, but then, cichlids do come with really variable personalities. Are you planting it close to their favorite cave? Cichlids sometimes destroy unwelcome plants in their territory.

Or maybe they're just craving for veggies. Could try lettuce or algae wafers to see if they'd prefer them instead of your plants.

only way i can think of is to keep them well fed so they dont turn to the plants.

I'd agree with 'mr bliss' maybe your planting the plants too close to where their territory is. Try planting it somewhere else.
