No it's not, it's the sound of someone getting on their high horse. I don't think anyone could take that seriously. (1) Not many people would genuinely do so. (2) Even if he genuinely would, he probably wouldn't brag about it on an internet forum.

For heaven's sake, you cannot take seriously anyone with a luminous green kitten as an avatar.

sorry to be a nuisance again
one of my harlequins now has something wrong with him. It looks like his mouth and around it have gone white and a bit swollen. I only just noticed him so i dont know if he's been eating and hes just sitting in one place with his mouth open, help?

You cant stop testing and give up water changes once you have added fish. it has to carry on for a few weeks still.

If he has a fungus around his mouth you need to take him out, plop him in a quarantine tank and treat it. Pictures will help identify the problem and a suitable medication.

i have been testing the water everyday sometimes twice a day, 2 nights ago ammonia was at 0.25 but it dropped back to 0 yesterday morning and evening so i didnt do a WC. This morning its, ammonia 0, nitrite 0 and im just going to go do pH and nitrate.
ill just try and get a photo
