Fish Dissapeared?

OK so i got 5 Danio's from a member on here and one of which was blind, he was plodding along absolutely fine and I was amazed when he ate the food really easily.

HOWEVER, he has since disapeared but there's no body I've checked all the plants and the filter nothing.

Do Danio's or cardinals eat dead companions?

Most fish will eat dead fish, so they would have happily chomped it.

Also danios do better in larger groups usually.
