Hi.

I have blue rams in my tank with weird looking white dots on dorsal fins. I cannot identify it. Please help.

Hi there

Do the spots look fluffy or hard-edged? Are they red around the edges at all? How many spots does each fish have, how long have they been there and did the fish have the spots when you got them?
 
Can you give us some more details of your tank? How large it is, what fish you have, how long it's been set up would all be helpful, as well as the results of any water tests you've done, including pH and hardness, if you know them. 
 
If you can get a picture, that would be a huge help.
