Lol I was trying to insinuate they had a good taste for fish..

I don't eat my pet fish, but my house is located between two large graveyards, so if there's ever a zombie event, I could need to hold out for a couple of weeks.

I've told the story here before, but in Gabon we worked beside local families who were catching small 'aquarium fishes' to put in soup. They wanted elephant noses and we wanted dwarf Cichlids and killies, so we had a kid running back and forth as we traded mormyrid fish (there were lots) for the fewer cichlids and killies they were catching. I never tried the soup, but we were told small fish make a good stock.

I still have some of the Cichlids from that stream here now.
