Hi ive two corydoras catfish , one peppered and one albino i switched them to a different tank recently and two days later there were eggs plastered to the side of the fish tank! the only other fish in there is a pair of orange spot plecos but plecos dont have adhesive eggs! any suggestions about what to do?
Since you have 2 fish of different species, there is not a lot you can do. The eggs will most likely be infertile and will not hatch.
It seems that one of your fish is a mature female. Why not get a couple of males of the same species and try breeding them for real. It's a lot of fun to raise the little fry.
