:hyper: Well about a month ago, i got 12 baby fish, well 13 but i haven't seen the thirteenth for about 2 weeks now so i doubt he/she made it,
and i came home from school today and found 2 more baby fish that must be no more than a day or two old!!!
But originally, i had 6 guppies in my 10 gallon tank, 3 males, 3 females
bad amount of males vs. females...but they don't harass eachother AT ALL
and one of my females passed away a month or two ago..
never got around to getting another plus i thought 7 guppies..10 gallon tank, too much! haha
well anyways now i have:
1 pleco [forget what kind..but grows to 4/5" inches at complet full growth but they will most likely be about 3-4 inches]
1 albino cory [didn't know that they had to be in groups until my store stopped selling them and well..i don't buy online. he's fine alone aswell.]
6 adult guppies
12 one monthish maybe and a half guppies
and 2 more that are a day or two old..

and now i would like to know what your best opinion would be as to of what to do with them.
there's is no option as to of giving them away to friends/family/store<-the store's don't take baby fish back..
and i could MAYBE buy another tank...but they're all so expensive and i don't have much space..
so what could i do..?

I guess you could leave them in there for abit, i mean there only guppies, as far as i know the babies wont be producing a ton of garbage.

I had some babies in my 55, while my ID shark was still alive, i turned off the lights turned them on they were gone, i figure my ID took them since hes nocturnal. In your case i would as i said before just leave them there, chances are that they wont survive aswell, you could get a smaller aquariu, for the babies if youd like, shouldnt be to expensive maybe $20 bucks for a kit, small 3 gallon or something.

yah, i was thinking about doing survival of the strongest ones..or w.e.
but then i thought that was kind of mean
so then i thought of buying maybe about a 5 gallon tank or something..
because i have an old kind of bad filter ..well it's good just doesn't work very good in a ten gallon tank
so maybe it would in a 5 gallon
and how many ADULT guppies be able to be in the tank... 2/3?ish

IMO you should try to get a bigger tank than a 5 gallon, but to be honest, the problem with that anyway would be that you would end up with more baby guppies - and more - and more - where and how would it stop? You couldn't keep buying more tanks to house the endless numbers of fry.
