went to my first fish auction today and was suprised by the ammount of people there i didnt relise fish keeping was so popular and i got 2 tanks for £3 :p

Congratulations. :)

Anyone know of any fish auctions around the Nottinghamshire area? :)

quite small i havent measured yet i belive the term angel show tank was used

Did they not say how big they actually are? I went to a fish auction in south sheilds about 9 years ago, at a place up next to the general hospital.....I didnt fare quite so well though, it took ages to get started and me and a friend ended up half drunk on very cheap McEwans Export, I ended up staggering out with a 24" pacu for £1.20 and my mate got a fluval 4 which didnt work......we never went again.

......the Pacu was sold through my mates shop 'Fountain Aquatics' for £15 a week later so all was not lost.
