when i first brought home my three new guppies fergie, alice, and winowna they swam happily around in the tank but as i was engaged in watching them explore i noticed a few white specks on their bodies i wondered if it was ich but then figured they were fine because of their cheery moods. as time passed the spots began to grow in size slightly and spread to more areas. at this point i was worried so today i picked up some rid ich plus and read the instructions VERY carefully. after cleaning the tank and washing the rocks then transferring the fish from their temporary home i put in the dosage and amazed i watched the instantaneous effect: the fish that had been affected with ich were covered in bubbles in all the places they had ich! they didnt seem to notice or be bothered by it and went on their way, but i cant help wondering were the bubbles simply the medicine at work or was it a side effect??? i read the bottle afterward and it said that stingrays and elephant noses may be sensitive to the medication but said nothing about guppies please give me some help as soon as possible! :/

that happened to me too but i don't recall the fish dying because of that they dyed because of stress which was like a month later hover this is nothing dangerous it may just be something with the fish letting something out but it will NOT i repeat NOT kill them if i does which is a 99.9 percent chance that won't happen then let me know just don't make the same mistake i did! good luck!

thx i was sooo worried about them but they did not die (yet i hope :/ ) but as i type i look into the tank and the bubbles have cleared up and their ich is gone YAY!!! thx again
