Fish All Hiding In One Corner?

Hi, I have 6 three month old baby/juvanile red bellied pirahnas, and recently they are all sitting int he corner by the heater. This could be because i planted infront of the heater to hide it, or could it be because they are too cold?

Should I turn the heat up on the heater?
