Fish acting odd

Hi this fish was attacked 1-2 months ago by my red tail shark which has since been moved into a separate tank was fine till about a week or so ago now he's acting like this any ideas on what to do or what's causing it have tried putting him in a small tank alone but nothings change he still eats and potters about

I'm leaning towards a swimbladder issue as the fish can't maintain an upright position. De-shelled peas are fed as natural laxatives for fish, you could try some of them. Other members know more than me about potential remedies. Hopefully they can give you some advice

Yes, it does look like a swim bladder issue. But if there's something wrong in the brain, they tend to swim like this as well.
