Fish Abuse! Argh! Bad Fish Keeper!

Hi there, basically my brothers neons are in bad shape....there going pale and have a white kind of slime on there bodys and one of them has balooned up and looks real bad....i've bought some treatment that treats fin rott and the white silm stuff...shall i just go ahead and put the treatment in now?


it started out with 21 fish and now theres 10

im not sure what the prob is but i know other more knowdgeable members will say what are your water stats ??

is the balooned one got scales sticking up like pine cones ???

Need more info on water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph, any signs of flicking and rubbing or laboured breathing, an trialing mucas.
The one that has bloated up can it maintain it's balance in the water.

Any of these symtoms.

Symptoms:
Restlessness

Fish begins to lose coloration

As cysts develop, body may become lumpy

Fish has difficulty swimming

In advanced cases spine may become curved

Secondary infections such as fin rot and bloating

I have not been able to test the water yet as my kit will not arrive untill friday and there are no signs of flicking or rubbing. The one that is bloated up can maintain it's balance in water.

They have these Symptoms:

lose coloration

As cysts develop, body may become lumpy (has something on his mouth and looks deformed)

spine has become curved on one fish (worst fish)

fin rot and bloating

Heavy breathing

Ntd get it out of the tank, is that the one with the bent spine.

Had ntd and it wiped every fish out in my tank.

He's definitly bended but i'm not sure if it's his spine...i guess i better take the fella out and maybe take all the neons out....Thanx for the help!
