First Tank

Hi all, Recently aquired a 20 gallon tank and want to set it up. We have decided to go with an angelfish but I have a ton of questions as this is the first real tank I have ever owned. What other fish can be mixed with an angelfish in this size tank? What type of plants? What is the best way to prepare the tank? I have read many articles but I am getting contradicting answers. Any and all help would be greatly apperiacted. Thanks

I'm afraid a 20g is too small for angels (even one).

I'd suggest you go and have a read of the articles in the beginner's resource centre (the link is in my sig), as it gives you the basics of what you need to know when you're just starting out
