That should work fine. Be prepared for fry though, because they will reproduce, and readily. Make sure you have people willing to buy them, and not just one lfs. You need 2 most likely, as they don't always sell that well, and you'll have kribs backed up. Just feed them well, and keep up on the water changes. Personally, I would get the Albino's. The breeding colors stand out way more, and they are easier to sex (if that was even possible!). They also sell for a dollar more in the store.

Hi,

Would it be good to get 1 albino and 1 normal and breed them like that?
It's not really looked up to, but it really is up to you. Some people are against cross-breeding like that as it will mess with the true species.

Try to provide a lot of caves, by using rocks and other objects.

The Kribs will then dig and what not to make a spot of their liking.

ok thanku,good to know

do they dig all over the tank and at night where do they go with the fry?
My Krib pair have dug out one big cave under four rocks. During the day they escort the fry around the tank, and at night she brings them back into the cave until morning.

you have some wild backing on your tank looks top though, the best thing for breeding is to make any sort of cave format with a flat surface doesnt really matter what you use as the kribs wont care as long as it has cover and a flat surface.

Oh thanks,

I didn't really like the other backrounds at my LFS so i went for something different.

I think im going to pile the rocks on the left side.Sound good?

And would they be able to dig in my gravel?(about pebble size.)
