Hi folks just thought id introduce myself as im a newbie, kept aquariums for years and years. Kept lots of Cichlids as well as community fish and more recently been keeping a reef. However ive gone full circle and gone back to my roots ( no pun intended). Im in the process of setting up a planted aquarium and i wanna do it properly this time. Ive invested in a pressurised co2 system with ph controller as well as a nice lighting system comprising four t5 plant lamps. Looking forward to growing nice glossostigma or riccia mats! still havent decided on the best substrate to use though getting impatient now the tank is in place! hoping I can get the help i need by chatting here. Loads of nice tanks out there hope to be posting some pics of my very own flourishing plants soon ( fingers crossed ).
