Hi all, first post here so go easy on me
We're new to keeping fish having never had anything before. Whilst looking around our LFS (Fins in a Wyevale centre) we saw some of the biOrb tanks and thought they looked nice. We then went off to my sisters and mentioned them only to find out they'd been given one by a friend but weren't using it. It's now ours
It's a 30L/8G biOrb tank. We're picking up a heater for it and converting to a marine tank. I've read about fishless cycling here so will be going down that route once we've bought some more stuff that we need. My main question is what fish are good to keep in this size tank? We've seen some clown, humbug and dancing shrimp that we like. I was thinking that as it's only a small tank, maybe 2 clown and 2 humbug would be more than enough? Or maybe 2 humbug/clown and 2 dancing shrimp? Will that combination get along fine or is it not a good mix?
I'll keep reading as much as I can to get some more knowledge before buying the fish but thought I'd get a couple of questions out of the way
Thanks all.
