Firemouth And Jade Eye Breeding!

does anyone know of this as i never though it could happen as there tottally different but the female the firemouth is cleaning and both guarding a part of the tank and not letting no fish near the area.

Anything seems possible when it comes to C.A. cichlids. Best thing to do, imo, would be to pull them both, let the others eat the eggs. Then return either one or the other.

No sorry I won't be doing that! If they get eaten they do. But I won't be doing that!

WHat are you going to do with 150+ cross breeds? If you put them back into the hobby then it is a silly thing to do and has the potential to ruin the species in question.
