Fire Extinguisher Co2

Just got given a 5kg extinguisher. Can fit my regulator no problem, just wondering about the the top bit of the cylinder- would prefere instruction before I rush in and damage it.
So anyone with fire extinguisher co2 tell me how uve set ure up pleese. Thanks

Fair play RadaR I wouldn't know where to find that thread myself!

blue acara, just make sure your regulator is in the off position when you attach it to the fire extinguisher, tighten up the regulator and then open the handle on the fire extinguisher, you can leave it open position and just use the regulator/needle valve as your on/off control unless of course you want to remove it entirely from the extinguisher.

Its pretty easy really, just treat it with respect (its a pressurised cylinder after all) and you will have no problems, the pictures in the other thread will give you good guidance.
