As myself not knowing much on bettas, will thier fins heal if they had been eaten?

If you maintan water quality, then yes, they will. Usually very quickly.

One situation that they will not grow back is if the base has been chomped. They are gone for good then.

Just do water changes very often and maybe add a bit of melafix at 1/5 dose and should help fins regrow and prevent infection. Also, should help if you feed live/frozen foods too!
