First, this site has been an invaluable resource to me, and I thank everyone for the time they put in, here, as I dig through these forums quite a bit!
I have a 10 gallon tank with 6 harlequin rasboras and 2 green/bronze corys. This isn't a real planted tank (want to learn fish care first), but I do have 9 fake plants of various size, plus a small rock cave (corys seem to like), so I guess it's a well-fake-planted. I do take very good care of the tank; I do regular water changes, testing, and gravel vac, and it's been running for quite a while with no chemical problems.
I've read on this site that corys should be kept in groups, and so I guess I'm right in thinking I should bring my number up to 4. Also, after the corys are added, am I right in assuming the tank is at its limit? I'm OK with it if it is, as this is my first attempt at keeping fish in over 15 years, but of course I'd love to add a fish or two (who wouldn't?), but only if it were safe.
Thanks for reading!
Best,
Chris
