Well I am trying to finger tame my budgie she is 4 years old. Usually when I put my finger in the cage she will stand there then when I move my finger closer she tries to bite me is that normal? Will she eventually stop trying to bite?

try and put your finger to her chest quicker, that way they tend not to always go to bite. mine will occasionally still try to give a bite but a sharp 'no' tends to stop her. you can always try using a perch or piece of twig until you are sure she has stopped the biting

I tried to get her to come closer to me with some millet spray, but she just started to bite that.

Its better to train a budgie straight from the nest,it may take awhile to train a 4 year old one :)

yea thats wat the vet told me, but she is doing pretty well right now
