Well after 4ish Weeks of trying to get my Schwartzi / Loxozonus to breed I found 6!  Yes thats right, 6!  cory eggs in my tank tonight.

Just need to wait now and see if they are Lox or Schwatzi....

Yey Me !

That was a hard 4 weeks of water changes twice a day and a strict feeding scheduled !

Just hope they all hatch now.........

Congrats on the eggs. Only 4 weeks, they must have had pity on you.

All previous batch didnt make it :(

Ouch!

So what's the status??? You should have nice little wrigglers by now!

None survived.

Second batch now that 10% hatched and none survived.

All water parameters are good..  Confused !!!!

Raised Peppered, Albino with out a problem.  Lox or Schwartzi seem to be a different story..

Aw, darnit. So sorry. I can't get any pepper eggs to hatch either. And now they don't even spawn. I may have to try a cold water change one of these days.

Update:

Spawned again with a total of 17 eggs found. (About a week ago)
15 Hatched and 4 days Old.
All 15 looking / feeding well.

Also, another spawn !
Total 9 eggs found.  (that was Saturday evening)

Figures crossed and piccies coming soon(tm)

This might be a little late, but next time I get a batch, this is what I'm going to do.

1. Hatch them in RO water. I'm just gonna go with pure water while they're hatching.
2. Small container with very very high current (due to a bubbler). Even with the eggs bouncing all over the place, I found that they hatched just fine. When I did this I hatched about 21 or 22 out of 21 or 22 eggs that had survived from a batch of like 150 that got fungus. Also, some of my "fungus eggs" hatch, so just because it's got hairs on the outside, doesn't mean it's dead (but separate it from the rest!)
3. Have a main container for them, and every time I feed them, move them to a different container, so the food doesn't rot and kill them. This doesn't have to last long, only a week or 2 when they're the most vulnerable.

I guess that's about it. I was using a container that was like 400-500ml when I hatched the 20 I hatched. They all died as fry, though.

That's just my insight. Good luck with your endeavors!
