Finally Got Some Shrimp

finally managed to get some amano srimp to add to the fighter tank. there was only 3 left in the shop so will have to get more when they get them in. two of them seem to be full of eggs. tried to get a few pics.

Great pictures, and a lovely little betta tank .

I've never seen amano shrimp in the shops have eggs before, so thats good too .

My amanos get eggy but the larvae never survive as they need salty water to develop My BF hates the look of them when they're egged up

My amano eats algea mainly all day but when i feed the fish flake, he nabbes that too

- algae and dead plant matters in the tank
- any left-over or missed frozen bloodworms by my Dwarf Puffers
- cooked spinach, beans, dandelion leaves
- various pellet fish/invert food a couple of times a week for calcium.

artificial im afraid. had it in the community tank (you can see in my sig) but stole it for the fighter after we had to move him.
