so ive raised my one lone female guppy a whole entire year and 3 days and after being with dozens of different males..shes finally pregnant! my little male fry that r about 4 months old mated with her and i can see eyess :).. i got an issue too..i have 7 male fry and 7 female fry and her so all the males for sum reason want to mate with the bigger one and will not leave her alone no matter what..they try to mate with the other females but theres at least 1 24/7 trying to mate with the bigger one..guppies seem to have no shame whatsoever :p anyway i will try and get pics of the smaller tank they r in for now :)

Congrats for finally getting her pregnant. If you have another tank you could move her to where she would be by herself or just with females I would do that. If you don't provide many many many plants and places for her to try and escape the males. If she is far enough along, move her to a breeders trap or net just a few days before birth and allow her to try and get her strength back before birth. good luck. :)

You do not have a problem Biokid. An adult female will not be very stressed by being chased by a bunch of juvenile males. They are recognizing her for what she is, a mature female worth pursuing, and she is the only female in the tank right now that gets that recognition. As the juvenile females mature, they will get to share the attentions of those young males.
