Fin Rot ?

Hiya ive had my tank for a couple of mnths an ive noticed two of my guppies are missing bits of their tails how do i know if its fin rot or biteing an what can i do ?

Fin rot often leaves bloody edges. Sit back and watch the fish for 20-30 and just observe, no feeding or maintenance. Most likely they are nipping at each other.
How many gallons is the tank and what other fish are with them?
