Fin Rot

Im new to fish aquariums I have had my twenty gallon take running about 2 weeks now. I had gotten a fancy guppy from the fish store and one of them had fin rot, i thought it was just nipping until two days of being in my tank i started to notice it on another one of the guppy's now.(has transfered to few others) I have done a PWC 25% and put the dosage amount of pimafix and melafix along with my aquaen water conditioner, as well as removing the carbon cartridge from the filter. I was told do about 10% PWC every 2-3 days or so due to the filter cartridge being removed. Anything that im missing
