Hi, My betta has had fin rot since the day I baught him
Ive been adding betta fix since then but it hasn't got rid of it yet.
I recently added aquarium salt to help him....
By the way i got him like 3 or 4 weeks ago.
Any suggestions?
I would suggest doing daily water changes - 100% if possible. I had tried all kinds of medicines but nothing made a difference until I added the water changes. Anyways, if it is severe I'd try Tetracycline, and if it's not quite so bad, try BettaMax. The salt should help too. Good luck!
Also - once it starts to heal, I've found that Melafix helps with good new growth!
