Fin Rot?

Hi

i have done research about fin rot but im stiil unsure what the symptons like, i phave posted a picture ( clear as i can get it)

past few days notice his him losing his tail, at first i was thinking the tetras are nipping at him but i can watch him for hours and tetra do go near him.
so each day he lost a chunk. no today i notice at the ends his fins has this see thru part..im not sure what if it regrowth of slime eating away at his fin..

hope someone can enlighten me..

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, and ph.

Have you used a bacterial med.
There white edging to end of fins and thats a sign of finrot.
The tetra could be nipping his fins as night time.

The yellow patch near the fins is that the camera.

did test today ammonia 0.03
ph 8
nitrate not sure
have used no meds

yes yellow patch is camera reflection

I would add some myxazin by waterlife to the tank.

Just follow the med course.
If no improvement get back to to the board.
