Fin Rot

I have a dwarf Gourami and he has fin rot, I live in the US and would like to know a good medication for columnaris/finrot. I had help on the Gouramis Anabantoids forum but sylvia lives in the UK and only knew UK medication, so I need US medicatiion and I'm going to pick it up tomorrow because my mom is off of work.

Columnaris is both fungal and bacterial, so using a med that does both (like Pimafix) or using meds that can be combined together is the best way to treat it . Doing regular small water changes (2-3 times a week) to make sure water quality is excellent and making sure the fish have good varied and nutritious diets will help speed up the healing process as well .
